HOW DO I PREPARE MY PARCEL FOR RETURN?
Sending your items back to OHHI is easy-breezy! Head to your local Post Office or post box with your items, purchase a satchel or box and the label printed from the returns portal. You can use the same packaging that the items came in. Once you’ve placed your items inside, seal the parcel and place the label on top. Address your parcel to: PO Box 554, Port Adelaide SA 5015.
